Research Paper Abstract:Although anxiety is the most common mental health condition among adolescents in the United States, the current standards of practice for treatment are expensive, may be difficult to obtain, and potentially harmful.
Although mind and body practices show great promise in the treatment of adolescent anxiety, financial constraints, lack of education, and structural barriers can hinder the integration of these practices into primary care.
