Researchers at UC San Francisco are hopping on the meditation-tech parade..!
They've developed an app called 'MediTrain' that improves your mental focus via a unique (and patented) method.
And, of course, the researchers back up their claims with a 59-person clinical study that was recently published in the journal 'Nature Human Behavior'.
"We took an ancient experiential treatment of focused meditation, reformulated it and delivered it through a digital technology, and improved attention span in millennials, an age group that is intimately familiar with the digital world, but also faces multiple challenges to sustained attention."
